Over the past 19 years I have gained over a hundred fifty pounds. I was on the road of losing weight late last year and was in a really bad head on auto wreck. I broke my ankle and Knee and was in a wheel chair for over 3 1/2 months. I also gained all the weight back I lost plus ten pounds! I have decided I am going to use this blog to help me document my challenge to lose 120 lbs.
